Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Front Bar Receptionist to join our Corte Madera/San Francisco locations. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales, and keeping the front-of-house organized and welcoming for clients seeking skincare services.

You will learn FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, assist in daily operations, and collaborate with the Salon Manager to meet location goals. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify manager when supplies are low to ensure stock on hand.
• Assist in in-store operations and keep the store clean and stocked.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Attend product training and team meetings.

Job Description

Option to work at multiple locations (Corte Madera + San Francisco)

Hourly $20-$24 + commissions

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Preferred Salon Experience

Job Type: Part Time (weekend and evening availability may be required)

Education: Highschool, or equivalent
