Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Georgia is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and nurses. You will perform a range of patient care activities under supervision, and contribute to front office and back office workflows in a busy clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a CMA or Nursing Assistant credential (or completes a MA program), has BCLS, and at least 1 year of medical office experience. H.S. diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Nursing Assistant program required.
• In lieu of formal education, two years of medical assistant or related clinical experience required.
• One year of medical office experience required.
• CMA certification and Basic Life Support required on hire.
