McAlister’s Deli is seeking an hourly Team Member at a franchised location in Parma, OH. You may perform a range of duties across service and kitchen roles, from delivering orders and refilling drinks to cleaning dining areas and helping with food prep and cooking tasks.

The position emphasizes adherence to sanitation and safety policies, quick order handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Flexibility with shifts is often required.

Responsibilities

• Food runner: Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need; Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after the food has been delivered; Follows sanitation and safety policies.
• Busser: Cleans tables and chairs between guests; Maintains table settings; Sweeps floors, removes trash, and cleans spills; Adheres to sanitation policies.
• Dishwasher: Ensures clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans and flatware; Prepares dish area for next shift; Unloads and stores deliveries; Cleans floors and removes trash.
• Prep cook: Prepares foods per prep lists and manager directions; Maintains quality and portion standards; Sanitizes station and follows safety policies.
• Line cook: Maintains prep areas and utensils; Reads orders, prepares items quickly and accurately; Cleans and restocks station; Follows sanitation policies.
