• Set up hot and cold food lines and maintain proper temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Assist with equipment and supply needs; address issues.
• Prepare and serve meals; monitor portions and minimize waste.
• Provide guidance and training to other staff.
