Clarendale Six Corners is seeking a skilled cook to join a high-volume kitchen team. You will prepare dishes from scratch, ensuring quality, presentation and adherence to dietary guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role is part-time with alternating shifts and offers benefits through the community. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Two years restaurant or senior living cooking experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve menu cycles per nutritional criteria and policies.
• Cook with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all cooking preparation areas.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make recommendations.
