Job summary

Barcadia Bar & Grill is looking for a full-time Cook in New Orleans, Louisiana. Responsibilities include preparing food from scratch for various services and following sanitation guidelines. Candidates should have at least 3 years of food preparation experience and preferably be a graduate of a culinary institute. A Food Service Sanitation Certificate is also preferred. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review menus prior to food preparation.
• Assure all food procedures are followed.
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
