Job summary

Vista Care in Saint George, Utah invites you to become a Shared Living Provider. You will be an Independent Contractor with Vista Care, hosting a person with a disability in your home and helping with daily living skills under the Foster Care Act.

Contracted payments range from $3,400 to $3,800 per month, plus Room & Board, and you determine level of care. Requirements include 21+ age, background checks, proof of homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass state/federal background checks and other screenings as required.
• Home environment must pass Vista Care inspection
• Experience in Shared Living preferred but not required.
• Must have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a computer, internet access, and the ability to scan documents.
• Must complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and instruction to the individual in your home.
• Assist with scheduling medical appointments and transportation.
• Document care activities and maintain health records.
• Support community integration and independence.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
