Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking an Associate for the Financial Resource Management (FRM) team in New York. You will help price and structure derivatives, focusing on xVA and the bank's resource costs, while collaborating with Sales, Trading, and Quant teams to optimize capital and funding efficiency.

The role offers broad exposure across asset classes and the chance to influence pricing capabilities and strategic initiatives within the derivatives business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and structuring of derivative transactions across asset classes with accurate xVA incorporation.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of the xVA framework, methodologies, and analytics.
• Analyze capital, funding, liquidity, and counterparty credit constraints on transactions and client portfolios.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve use of financial resources while supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate with Front Office teams to evaluate transaction economics and client solutions.
• Build relationships across traders, salespeople, quants, and risk managers to drive actionable insights.
