U.S. Bank is seeking a Derivatives Associate to work with the Macro Rates Sales team. The role focuses on pricing, valuation, and risk management solutions for corporate and institutional clients.

You will back up senior sales members and contribute to credit lines, ISDA documentation, and trade confirmations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. The position targets locations in New York, Chicago, and Charlotte, with a focus on delivering timely client service and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of derivatives sales support or related experience.
• Strong understanding of derivatives markets and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Design derivative pricing, valuation, and risk management solutions for clients.
• Back-up support to senior sales team members and onboarding of credit lines/ISDA docs.
• Prepare marketing materials and respond to RFPs.
• Coordinate with credit and legal teams for timely approvals and trade confirmations.
• Assist in client execution and idea generation of new interest rate derivatives.
