Frisco Dodge - Second Shift Used Service Tech (3-7PM)

Join Greenway Automotive as a Second Shift Used Service Technician at Frisco Dodge.

About the Role: Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking energetic individuals to support our rapidly growing Service Department. The ideal candidate will have automotive technician experience, capable of maintaining, repairing, and delivering vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. Candidates with ASE certification are strongly encouraged to apply. This role offers an opportunity to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
  • Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive transmissions and related systems.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimates.
  • Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
  • Engage in hands-on training and learning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • ASE Certification or recent graduation from an auto maintenance and repair program.
  • At least two years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Experience with shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment, and lifts.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and document data accurately.
  • Professional appearance and friendly customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under stress.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
