Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, is seeking a friendly part-time Receptionist for Friday through Sunday, 8am–2:30pm, with per diem hours available. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, creating a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls, mail, and inquiries, coordinating resident appointments, and performing clerical tasks. We value empathy for seniors and a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly.
• Answer calls, transfer, and take messages.
• Manage incoming mail and packages.
• Assist residents with information and inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments for residents with community services.
• Perform general clerical tasks including data entry.
• Monitor access to the community to ensure safety.
