Qualifications

• Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
• Greets guests, assists with menu selection, and makes recommendations.
• Accurately takes and places orders.
• Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry.
• Completes all side work as assigned.
