The role supports customers, processes transactions, and helps keep the store clean and well stocked. This frontline position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different duties across departments, including deli and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple duties across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding items and answering questions.
• Balance a cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain food safety for fresh foods and deli products where applicable.
• Clean and maintain the work area, sales floor, restrooms, and pumps.
• Cross-train in departments such as Restaurant Services or Facility Maintenance.
• Move and lift up to 25 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
