No prior experience required; training provided. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services.
• Balancing a cash register and processing transactions.
• Following food safety procedures for fresh food and deli products.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and service.
• Balance cash register and upsell opportunities while following laws.
• Maintain cleanliness of your area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, pumps, and surrounding areas.
• Support cross-training in other departments as needed.
