• 3 months experience in hospitality or related customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders, apply suggestive selling, ensure timely service.
• Prepare simple desserts and beverages for guests.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain area cleanliness.
• Collect payments in line with cash handling procedures.
• Assist other service staff and perform side work as needed.
• Work shifts with potential late-night differential.
• Adhere to company brand standards and policies.
