Job Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.).
  2. Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict.
  3. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.).
  4. Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
  5. Track children’s progress.
  6. Communicate with parents regularly.
  7. Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements
  1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, and state certification.

  3. Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
