Qualifications

• Follow detailed written or verbal instructions to perform store tasks.
• Perform arithmetic calculations involving money, discounts, and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers, learning their names, and making every visit a great one.
• Operate the cash register accurately, processing payments including cash, checks, cards, coupons, and loyalty items.
• Count back change, issue receipts, and process refunds or credits as needed.
• Stock, rotate, and clean shelves; assist in other areas and support promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of item lookup numbers and weekly ad changes.
