Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. is seeking a part-time Ticket Taker for the Fair Park location. You will greet visitors, scan tickets, and verify entry validity while stamping hands for same-day reentry. You will enforce gate rules and assist security as needed, wearing the required uniform for every shift.

The role emphasizes friendly conduct, English communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic event environment with potential irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and professional.
• Calmly and efficiently handle multiple tasks with flexibility as instructions may change.
• Speak and read in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a courteous and friendly attitude.
• Scan barcode on tickets using electronic scanner.
• Ensure patrons have valid tickets to enter.
• Stamp hands of exiting visitors for same day reentry.
• Enforce ticket rules posted at gate.
• Assist security by being aware and reporting any suspicious or potentially illegal activity or situations.
• Provide and wear the required uniform for every shift.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
