Job summary

Poke Stop Mililani is seeking a friendly Cashier/Front Team Member to greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and keep the front of house clean. This role focuses on customer service, accuracy at the POS, and teamwork for smooth service.

Part-time shifts may be available, including weekends. You will support opening/closing duties and uphold food safety standards, while maintaining a positive, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about menu items.
• Operate the cash register and POS system.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments accurately.
• Prepare and package customer orders when needed.
• Communicate customer requests and special orders clearly with the kitchen team.
• Keep the front counter, dining area, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Restock front-of-house supplies, utensils, containers, sauces, and other items.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Assist other team members during busy periods.
• Help with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.
