Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store, processing customer transactions quickly and accurately while delivering outstanding service.

You will handle cash, cards, and change, assist customers with locating products, stock shelves as needed, and participate in a team that values accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment that promotes healthy living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly attitude with ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication, teamwork, and receptiveness to feedback.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, stay organized.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and move carts up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in cash handling and math.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and give correct change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Maintain checkout areas in clean, orderly condition.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations.
• Support stocking, facing, and store events as needed.
