Job summary

ShopRite of Lincoln Park, NJ, seeks a Customer Service/Courtesy Desk Clerk to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will scan, price, bag, and handle payments while processing returns accurately according to policy. Answer inquiries in person or by phone with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs), and complying with sanitation standards. Teamwork and safety come first in our front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with food products and adhere to sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
