Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a friendly food service team member to provide quick, pleasant service of meals and beverages to residents and guests. You will communicate orders to the kitchen and deliver them promptly, while maintaining a positive demeanor.

No experience is required and training is provided; must complete food safety training and be able to work with POS and payroll systems. DailyPay eligibility is available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; training provided.
• Must complete food safety training to obtain and/or hold any required local, state, and/or county licenses/certificates.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen, and deliver food and beverages to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Actively buss and reset tables and complete assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
