Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring at its Hardee’s location in Mount Vernon, KY for Restaurant Crew Members. No experience required; we provide training and a friendly team atmosphere focused on guest service, food quality and cleanliness.

You’ll greet guests, assist with orders, help prep and maintain a clean dining area while working a flexible schedule. Weekly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands (lifting up to 60 pounds, standing, walking, grasping, stopping, reaching).

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked; wash dishes, sweep, mop, take out trash, clean restrooms.
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Ensure restaurant is always clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
