Job summary

As the first point of contact, you will coordinate with service staff, answer phones, maintain an up-to-date reservation book, assist with seating flow and bussing, and provide information about the menu and club facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous host or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating according to reservations and guest preferences.
• Answer phones and handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation book or system.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely seating of guests.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and club facilities as needed.
• Assist with managing the flow of guests to minimize wait times and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Setting up Floor Plan for Food Service.
• Assisting Service Staff with Table Greetings, Bussing, Beverage Refills and Resetting.
