Job summary

Responsibilities include operating the register, bagging items, and supporting other departments as needed while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Experience using a computer to input/access/modify information.
• Lifts up to 75 pounds with or without assistance.
• Sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation.
