Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers in a fast-paced, energetic store environment in Tupelo, MS. Training is provided; prior hardware experience is a plus but not required. You will help customers find what they need and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Expect a hands-on role, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 6–8 hours per shift, with PTO, health benefits, and employee discounts as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift up to 50 lbs.
