Job summary

Buc-ee's is seeking an energetic Cashier to deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences at our Calhoun, GA store. You will handle POS transactions, balance cash, and support a clean, orderly checkout area while assisting with stocking and customer service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong math and communication skills, and willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina for lifting and standing is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and communicate clearly.
• Mastery knowledge of POS functions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout services.
• Transact items on POS and accept all payment methods.
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Process exchanges and refunds per policy.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist in stocking and labeling merchandise.
• Serve as first responder to customer complaints.
• Train new cashiers and support team.
• Flexible to store needs and peak times.
