Responsibilities

• Operate the register and scan products, handling cash, checks, credit cards, food coupons, and other payment types.
• Issue receipts, process refunds, and manage basic cash control tasks as needed.
• Adhere to policies for WIC, food stamps, tobacco, liquor, and lottery sales.
• Assist customers by locating items, answering questions, and guiding them to promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and stock shelves as required.
