Responsibilities

• Handle exchanges, returns, and complaints.
• Assist as a cashier resource, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot tender issues.
• Greet customers and ensure friendly, pleasant interactions throughout the transaction.
• Cashiers should be outgoing and engage with customers.
• Process monetary transactions including cash, check, gift card, credit/debit card, etc.
• Promote loyalty programs and store initiatives at checkout.
• Communicate with management about out-of-stock items at checkout lanes.
