Job summary

Johnny's is hiring Crew Members to be the face of our Michigan stores. You’ll greet customers with a smile, operate the checkout, and help prepare fresh coffee and snacks, turning shoppers into regulars and strengthening our community connection.

The role is paid $15-17 per hour and supports morning, noon, and night shifts. You'll need strong communication, cash handling accuracy, the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Ability to accurately count cash and make change.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service at the checkout.
• Listen to customer requests or concerns and relay to management.
• Operate the cash register and provide correct change.
• Request ID for alcohol or tobacco per laws.
• Follow directions to prepare coffee and food to standard.
• Refill shelves, displays, and coolers during shifts.
• Perform housekeeping to keep store clean and fresh.
• Take on other tasks from management.
