Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock products, and ensure readiness of the store with attention to safety and quality.

Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, are required. Prior retail or food service experience is preferred, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Basic math to an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer and thank them for their business.
• Deliver fast, attentive service with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; check for expired or low items.
• Support teammates and customers; work well independently or as part of a team.
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, stay productive between customers.
