Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly service, manage transactions, stock shelves, and keep a clean, safe store environment that welcomes every guest. You will assist customers, process payments, and help with daily tasks to maintain store readiness.

Flexibility is essential: evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with hours varying by business needs. On-the-job training is provided; we value reliability, teamwork, and integrity in our team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Ability to do basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times.
