Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly bar service and guest interaction.
• Ability to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Must stand for entire shift and perform side work.
• Able to handle cash/credit transactions and make change.
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serve food and drinks to bar guests.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Slice fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Present guest checks and complete transactions.
• Relay food orders to the kitchen via POS.
