Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group, operating Applebee’s as Legacy Apple, seeks a Bartender to create a welcoming bar atmosphere and serve guests with drinks and food. The role emphasizes interaction with guests, accuracy in orders, and smooth operation of bar equipment.

You will manage opening/closing side work, garnishes, and POS transactions while maintaining a high standard of service in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to care for customers and learn.
• Ability to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Stand during entire shift and hands frequently in water.

Responsibilities

• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serve food and drinks to bar patrons.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Slice fruit/vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Present guest checks and handle transactions.
• Relay food orders to the kitchen via POS system.
