Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join a fast-paced team. You will perform restorative, surgical and endodontic tasks, taking radiographs and assisting doctors to deliver same-day comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place permanent restorations utilizing EFDA certification.
• Fabricate and adjust temporary restorations.
• Coronal polish and apply fluoride treatments.
• Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans.
• Assist during surgical, restorative, and endodontic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards.
• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative instructions.
• Document procedures accurately in the clinical chart.
• Help maintain efficient patient flow from start to finish.
• Support same-day treatment conversions and comprehensive care.

You’ll work alongside doctors performing:

Full-mouth rehabilitation

Crown and bridge procedures

Surgical and simple extractions

Root canal therapy

Large restorative cases

What You’ll Do
