Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Sr. Team Lead for Fri-Sun 6a-6p to direct a skilled manufacturing team in Oak Ridge. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting production goals while coaching staff and managing performance.

You will work with the production planner to align workflow, train personnel on procedures, and ensure accurate time records and data in our systems. A sign-on bonus of 1k highlights the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Requires four (4) years of relevant leadership and manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to provide and receive verbal and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities are essential.
• Intermediate math and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of workers operating in a complex manufacturing area.
• Lead and coach a collaborative team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Conduct performance reviews, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery by following production schedules and maintaining equipment readiness.
• Train employees on work instructions, processes, and safety policies.
• Monitor time records and approve overtime as required.
