• Previous volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fundamentals and player development.
• Ability to build relationships with high school athletes.
• Must be willing to complete IHSA and district coaching requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coach daily practices focused on skill development and fundamentals.
• Coach and supervise athletes during matches, practices, and team events.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture.
• Align with the varsity program's philosophy and expectations.
