Qualifications

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative or Principal Endorsement.
• Performance Evaluation Qualifications (Teachers) required.
• Training in Cultural Competency, Equity, and/or Implicit Bias preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the school improvement plan to ensure academic and social-emotional outcomes are met.
• Provide coherent and aligned learning opportunities for teachers focused on analyzing student work and differentiated instruction.
• Serve on the Leadership Team; collaborate to determine school-wide professional development and curriculum/assessment needs.
• Meet with teachers regularly to discuss data trends and prioritize actions impacting student performance.
• Develop and support a positive school climate and supervise staff performance.
• Lead and assist in organization of College and Career Academies transition and related activities.
• Coordinate IEP meetings as requested and supervise daily attendance and extracurricular activities.
