Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous playing or coaching experience preferred.
• The successful candidate will have knowledge of the sport and the ability to teach the fundamentals of the sport to 9th graders.
• Candidate must possess a commitment to understanding the unique role of the student/athlete and appreciate the importance of values-based coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 9th Grade baseball team at CB South.
• Coordinate the program with the Head Coach to align goals and practices.
• Teach fundamentals of baseball to 9th graders and foster values-based coaching.
