Job summary

Kennicott Brothers Co. seeks an organized warehouse associate to process inbound product, enter data into the inventory system, prepare and fulfill customer orders, and assist with deliveries. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office.

You will support receiving, stock rotation, and safety practices in a busy warehouse environment. Applicants should be able to lift up to 80 pounds as a team and work in coolers, with valid credentials and a clean driving

Responsibilities

• Process in-bound product into inventory system.
• Enter information into inventory control system.

• Interact with delivery drivers and back up delivery duties.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotate stock as directed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep work area clean and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:Processing of in-bound productEnter information into inventory control system.Process invoicesPrepare product for customer orders.Process pick-up orders.Ensure quality of product for customer orders.Communicate product availability to salespeople.Interact with incoming delivery drivers.Back up delivery driver.Assist with receiving deliveries.Inform management of any problems or concerns.Straighten boxes, sweep floors, process recycling, remove trash as neededEquipment usage: bailer, powered pallet jack, PDA, etc.Rotate stock as directed.Follow safety guidelinesAdditional projects as assigned by leadership.Skills and Abilities:Able to collaborate and communicate with other work teams.Detail oriented for processing customer orders.Able to use powered and manual equipment, cutting tools, and other tools.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods standing on cement flooring.Ability to lift 25 pounds, 50 pounds on occasion, and 80 pounds as a team lift.Able to work in coolers.Special / Education Job RequirementsAt least two years of retail, logistics, or warehouse experience required.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle records check
