Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring in the Produce Department. You’ll help customers, stock and rotate produce to maintain freshness, and uphold quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quick, friendly service in a fast-paced club environment with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have knowledge of fruit and vegetables; prior produce experience preferred.

• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables, including seasonal items.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members in the Produce Department and answer questions, and help them find products.
• Inspect, rotate, and store produce to meet company quality standards.
• Rotate produce on the sales floor to maintain freshness and attractive displays; ensure signage and pricing are correct.
• Maintain the reserve stock area and condense back stock daily.
• Follow guidelines for disposing of damaged, spoiled, or expired products.
