Plum Market in Bloomfield Township, MI is seeking a Prepared Produce Team Member to support the daily operations of the Prepared Produce section, including cut fruit, packaged produce, and fresh juiced items. This role delivers exceptional Guest Service, executes daily production, and maintains clean, well-stocked displays while upholding food safety and freshness.

The successful candidate will be passionate about fresh produce, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and push/pull carts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label fresh-cut fruit and produce.
• Stock, rotate, and display products for freshness.
• Maintain signage, pricing, and adherence to COOL and Plum Market standards.
• Ensure clean, organized workspaces and backstock areas.
• Assist Guests with questions and provide recommendations.
