Plum Market in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Prepared Produce Team Member to support the daily operations of the Prepared Produce section, including cut fruit, packaged produce, and fresh juiced items. Deliver exceptional customer service while producing and presenting high-quality, fresh food.

You will stock, rotate, price, and keep displays appealing, follow food safety protocols, and cooperate with leadership and teammates to maintain freshness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label fresh-cut fruit, packaged produce, and juiced items.
• Stock and rotate product to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
• Maintain proper signage and pricing, ensuring compliance with COOL (Country of Origin Labeling) and Plum Market standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and backstock area at all times.
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
• Support department merchandising, promotional sets, and seasonal resets.
• Assist Guests with product questions and provide recommendations with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate clearly with Team Members, Store Leadership, and retail Customers.
• Uphold all Plum Market policies, procedures, and service expectations.
