Responsibilities

• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote trust and respect among customers and associates.
• Answer questions about products and provide recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Promote corporate brands to customers and explain produce specials and items.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safety procedures including temperature logs.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and report discrepancies to management.
