Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Produce Clerk to stock, face, and merchandise the Produce department while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will maintain product knowledge, ensure pricing accuracy, and help customers with questions throughout your shift. This role requires physical stamina, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety and quality in a community-focused grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise the Produce department as directed by the department schematics.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure freshness and proper presentation.
• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Ensure price tagging accuracy and handle inventory control processes.
• Support overall department operations to deliver a high level of service.
