Sam's West, Inc. in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a prepared foods Team Member to assist with fresh food preparation, wrap, label, and stock to keep items ready for members.

You will help customers with bakery orders, maintain product quality, and support the team in adhering to safety and cleanliness standards while delivering fast, friendly service. Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a passion for helping families enjoy great meals are highly valued.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to date knowledge of prepared food merchandise; assist members and educate team on tools and tasks.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications and plan productions; ensure seasonality and food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales and assist with production decisions; encourage adoption of new tools.
• Be an Owner: manage area performance, stock and date control; minimize waste and respond to customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promote high quality service and products; exhibit energy and passion for work.
• Complies with policies and ethics; follow Open Door Policy and company processes.
• Completes work by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers and partners.
