Job summary

The Jimmy in Charlotte (Myers Park) is seeking a chef with strong experience in fresh pasta production to join our chef-driven kitchen within Noble Food & Pursuits. You will execute high-quality pasta, maintain consistency, and help lead daily operations alongside the culinary leadership.

We offer $55,000 to $60,000 per year, 15 days PTO, health and dental insurance, dining discounts, and a $200 monthly dining stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh pasta production in a scratch kitchen.
• Strong dough handling: rolling, cutting, shaping, cooking.
• Proven knife skills and station organization.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations and service execution.
• Work with culinary leadership on pasta production, prep systems, and execution standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality across pasta production and service.
• Assist in training line cooks and developing your own skills.
