Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact effectively with others
• Ability to attend scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service supporting the company's mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude, fostering a friendly and fun environment through teamwork and flexibility
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
• Assist the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and quality
• Set up and maintain the cut vegetable and fruit sections, including trimming and packaging as directed
• Follow all food safety policies and procedures
• Order supplies as needed
• Assist in training new associates
• Maintain quality and freshness of produce
• Ensure all items requiring a COOL label are properly labeled daily
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, with sanitation at least twice daily
• Attend scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
