Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Grocery/food service or meat dept experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Package, weigh, label, and stock fresh meat products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Monitor product quality and freshness.
• Assist with basic meat preparation tasks as trained.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean equipment, prep areas, counters, scales and other surfaces.
• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
• Support meat cutters and department leadership as needed.
