Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; keeps cases stocked and clean.
• Maintains back stock, supports sampling program, and keeps areas tidy.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, upright units, coolers, floors and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking, rotation and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Makes sure environment is clean and equipment is maintained.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by leadership.
